1 Definitions & Scope

In this document, "555vs", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to https://555vs.lat and all associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

These terms apply to players in Bangladesh and are effective for all gaming, betting, and other services on the site. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the platform.

"Services" refers to all online gaming facilities provided through 555vs, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, and all other offerings. These terms, together with other policies published on the site (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy), form the complete legal agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use services at 555vs:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have an active and valid mobile number and email address.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• You must not be a person for whom gaming is prohibited under the laws or regulations of any country.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds. 555vs may request additional documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keeping your username and password confidential is mandatory. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• Each account is for the personal use of one individual only.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Keeping your account information up to date is your responsibility.
• 555vs reserves the right to manage inactive accounts (over 12 months) in accordance with its policy.
• 555vs is not responsible for any breach of your account security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

555vs supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as DBBL, Brac Bank, and Dutch Bangla Bank). Transactions through any method outside of those approved are not accepted.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is a delay, please notify the support team.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• 555vs reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, 555vs reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities of any suspicious financial activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at 555vs are governed by the following general terms. Additional terms may apply for specific offers.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Bonus turnover requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.

General Bonus Policy:

• The time limit for using a bonus will be stated separately for each offer.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• 555vs reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Only wagers placed with bonus funds will count toward the turnover requirement.

6 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activity at 555vs is conducted on the basis of fair and honest play. The following rules are mandatory for all members:

• Each game has its own rules. Please read them before starting a game.
• Bonuses or winnings credited due to a system error or technical issue may be voided.
• If a technical issue arises in determining a game result, the decision of 555vs authority is final.
• 555vs reserves the right to change markets and odds in sports betting.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set according to the specific game or market.
• If a technical error is proven to have affected the outcome of any game, the relevant bets will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information when creating an account.
• Betting on behalf of or with funds from a third party.
• Using system strategies (arbitrage or bonus abuse) to obtain bonuses or promotions.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or other automated methods.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behavior.
• Copying, distributing, or unlawfully using 555vs intellectual property.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 555vs platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, game content, and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 555vs or its licensed partners.

• No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the site is prohibited.
• The 555vs brand name or logo may not be used in any third-party marketing or advertising without permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

555vs makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss of a game session or bet due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues caused by errors from third-party software providers or payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or leaving a password unsecured.
• Service interruptions due to unexpected server downtime or maintenance activity.

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. You are considered to be playing with full awareness of this risk. Under no circumstances will 555vs be liable for direct or indirect losses beyond the maximum amount applicable under law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

555vs reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents on time.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• At the user's own request.

For legitimate account closures, the balance will generally be returned subject to applicable turnover conditions being met. For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
